本文立足于通信服务企业视角,解读了“三大规划、四项协议、一个实施意见”的战略意义和影响,研究了规划落地给产业链条上关联各方带来的新要求新挑战,并从“信息和媒体运营商的服务商”的定位出发,提出了通信服务企业依托核心服务能力和资源、提供更加高效优质的服务,以支撑规划落地的实践思路。
Based on the perspective of communication service enterprises, this paper interprets the strategic significance and impact of “three major programs, four agreements, one implementation opinion ”, studies the new requirements and challenges brought by the planning and landing to the related parties in the industrial chain, Starting from the positioning of “information service providers and media service providers”, the paper proposes that communication service enterprises should rely on their core service capabilities and resources to provide more efficient and high-quality services to support the planning ideas.
