目的运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中铁的不确定度,以此指标作为判定测量结果质量的依据。方法应用测量不确定度评定理论,对水中铁含量不确定度的来源进行分析及计算。结果水中铁的相对标准不确定度为1.35%,绝对扩展不确定度为0.032 mg/L。结论该不确定度评定分析方法可以对测量过程中的关键环节进行质量控制,可有效降低引入的不确定度,保证测定结果准确,在实际工作中有较强的实用价值。
Objective To determine the uncertainty of iron in water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and use the index as a basis to judge the quality of measurement results. Methods Based on the theory of measurement uncertainty, the sources of uncertainty of iron content in water were analyzed and calculated. Results The relative standard uncertainty of iron in water was 1.35% and the absolute expanded uncertainty was 0.032 mg / L. Conclusion The uncertainty assessment method can control the key links in the measurement process, which can effectively reduce the uncertainty introduced, ensure the accuracy of the determination results and have strong practical value in practical work.
