随着经济社会的快速发展,和所有人一样,教师也承受着来自家庭、住房、赡养老人、孩子上学等方面的生活压力,承受着来自单位的学历进修、职称评定、评优、聘任、幼儿安全、绩效考核等方面的工作压力,这些都对教师的人生价值追求、工作态度和工作目标产生着影响,很多教师对职业的认识与追求出现了前所未有的消极倦怠感。如何让每一位教师都有一颗快乐的童心,为孩子的成长奉献自己的人生,永远热爱幼教事业?这促使我们将引导教师树立正确的人生价值追求作为首要任务来抓,将鼓励教师树立“爱事业、爱园所、爱孩子”的人生追求作为第一工作要务。
