煤基产业链循环经济标准综合体构建是一项系统工程,不仅涉及到具体的煤化工技术问题,而且涉及到项目的社会经济收益问题。本文通过对煤基产业链的特点分析,结合综合标准化工作的理论与研究方法,提炼分析了煤基产业链综合标准化的要素,对煤基产业链标准综合体进行了初步构建,为复杂系统的煤基产业链循环经济标准化工作拓展了思路。
Coal-based industrial chain circular economy standard complex construction is a systematic project, not only relates to the specific technical issues of coal chemical industry, but also involves the social and economic benefits of the project.
