共收集54种正常人体组织及人体肿瘤组织，建立人体组织库及适合本实验室的LSAB免疫组化方法，并用于6种抗体的组织特异性研究。实验表明，此组织库组织类型多，容量大，各组织的质量符合实验要求，能够用于各种抗体的组织特异性检测，同时证明所检6种抗体均有较强的特异性。
A total of 54 normal human tissues and human tumor tissues were collected, and human tissue bank and LSAB immunohistochemical method suitable for our laboratory were established. The tissue-specific studies of 6 kinds of antibodies were also performed. Experiments show that this tissue bank has many tissue types and large capacity. The quality of each tissue meets the experimental requirements and can be used for the tissue specific detection of various antibodies. At the same time, it is proved that the six antibodies tested have strong specificity.
