目的通过开展Xpert MTB/RIF技术质量控制,分析存在的问题,提高检测水平。方法向各县级实验室发放质控品,每套测试样品含10份人工痰样本,每个实验室依照标准化操作程序检测一套样本,汇总质控结果并与标准结果比对。结果连续3年各实验室测试成功率为99.8%,结核杆菌(MTB)检测阳性符合率为99.8%,阴性符合率为98.4%,总符合率为99.5%;利福平(RIF)检测敏感符合率为99.3%,耐药符合率为99.7%,总符合率为99.5%。结论各地Xpert MTB/RIF检测质控结果良好,检测能力保持在较高水平。
Objective To analyze the existing problems and improve the testing level by carrying out Xpert MTB / RIF technology quality control. Methods Controlled products were distributed to county-level laboratories. Each set of test samples contained 10 samples of artificial sputum. Each laboratory tested a set of samples according to standard operating procedures. The quality control results were summarized and compared with the standard results. Results The success rate of laboratory test was 99.8% for three consecutive years. The positive coincidence rate of MTB test was 99.8%, the negative coincidence rate was 98.4% and the total coincidence rate was 99.5%. The sensitivity of RIF test was consistent The rate was 99.3%, the coincidence rate of drug resistance was 99.7% and the total coincidence rate was 99.5%. Conclusion The control results of Xpert MTB / RIF are good and the detection ability is maintained at a high level.
