培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设者和接班人是学校德育的任务。校园文化建设是实施德育的主要途径之一,也是学生道德修养的摇篮,是语文和数学等学科教学所无法替代的。校园文化建设的熏陶、榜样、激励等教育效果决定了它与德育整合发展的必然性。如何实现两者有效的整合呢?笔者认为,校园环境、管理制度、精神文化、校外道德实践活动等多元化的校园文化建设是学校德育教育整合发展的重要载体。
It is the task of school moral education to train socialist builders and successors who are ideologically, ethically, culturally and disciplined. The construction of campus culture is one of the main ways to implement moral education. It is also the cradle of students’ moral cultivation. It can not be replaced by subjects such as Chinese and mathematics. The influence of the construction of campus culture, the effect of education, such as model and motivation, determine the inevitability of its integration with moral education. How to achieve the effective integration of the two? I believe that the campus environment, management system, spiritual culture, extracurricular activities such as moral diversity of campus culture is an important carrier of moral education in schools.
