遥望历史长河,人们对“治世”的构想可谓由来已久。早在《礼记》的《大道之行》中,先贤圣人就描绘了一个“道不拾遗”“外户而不闭”的大同社会。两千年后,马克思对共产主义的描写中也有“人们达到了极高的思想境界,每人都会去劳动”的阐述。治世可谓是一盏明灯,引多少文人志士上下而求索,描绘着通向治世的雄伟蓝图,而这蓝图因描绘者不同而不尽相同。春秋战国时,百花齐放,百家争鸣,不同的思想云集汇萃。诸子百家围绕“天下大治”各抒己见。
