现施工单位中所使用的QT25型塔式起重机其塔身为固定高度23m,若要进行预制厂构件或民用底层吊装时,由于该机为上操作室,塔身高,视线差,给工作带来诸多不便。我公司根据实际工作的需要,采取了两项改进措施,使塔身由固定高度改为可调高度(任意升降),这样,不仅增加了塔身强度,也提高了工作效率。具体措施如下: 第一,用16a槽钢、长为外塔身边长,在槽钢中部挖孔,孔内焊接内径为φ65的轴套,边缘加筋加板焊接,制成塔身插销孔座若干件,根据不同高度的需要,分别焊接在外塔身上,以作为
