总结以往的经验和教训,针对当前道德建设发展处于一个历史性十字路口的现实,在价值观和道德建设,需要注意加强以下三个基础性的,也是以往薄弱的环节:一是道德人格的建设。在这里“道德人格”主要是指人们的道德主体意识,包括人们追求高尚道德的内心动力,道德选择的权力感、责任感,独立进行道德选择的能力自信和人格尊严等。道德人格同道德规范相比,是更深层、更基础的意识。二是社会公德的规范化。在道德建设重心的层次上,传统道德教育的公私德不分,或重私德而轻公德。其表现是过分地诉求于个人,而对于社会的公共道德规范建设与实施下功夫不多。以这样的思路进行道德教育,一方面可能导致对个人行为干预过多而束缚个
Summarizing the past experiences and lessons, in view of the fact that the current moral construction is at a historic crossroads, we should pay attention to strengthening the following three basic and previous weaknesses in values and moral construction: First, the construction of moral personality. Here, “moral personality” mainly refers to people’s moral subject consciousness, including people’s inner motivation to pursue noble morality, sense of power of moral choice, sense of responsibility, self-confidence and dignity of independent moral choice.
