高等职业教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是文明社会的产物,也是我国当前职业教育发展中的一个热点,它肩负着培养我国高职技术技能型人才的重任,高职教育改革10多年以来无论是规模发展还是内涵建设都取得了空前的成就。但是在这些辉煌的光环下面却潜藏了一些丢失道德的危机,使我们的教育陷入了一种迅猛发展的误区,特别是在学生的职业道德教育方面有所缺失,教学教改内容与企业设计、生产、经营实践也不相吻合,使毕业生在专业实践技能、生活行为方式等方面很难融入企业,专业对口率很低,就业质量较差,因此针对我国的职业教育的现状,要进一步加大教学改革的力度,加快校企深度合作步伐,强化职业道德教育,尽快建立适应社会产业发展需要,培养区域经济需求的高素质技术型、应用型、复合型人才的科学高职教育体系。
