本实验采用同位素86Rb代替K+,测定37例原发性高血压(EH)病人红细胞的86Rb主动摄取率。发现青年EH组病人86Rb摄取率(7.33nmol/ml细胞·分-1)较对照组(4.28nmolRb/ml细胞·分-1)增高(P<0.05),而高年龄EH组病人(4.16nmolRb/ml细胞·分-1)较对照组(5.90nmolRb/ml细胞·分-1)降低(P<0.05);另将病人平均动脉压与摄取率进行相关统计分析,结果呈负相关,(r=-0.36,P<0.05)。表明不同年龄、不同血压的EH患者,对红细胞86Rb主动摄取率是不一致的。
In this study, isotope 86Rb was used instead of K + to determine the active uptake rate of 86Rb in erythrocytes in 37 patients with essential hypertension (EH). It was found that the uptake rate of 86Rb (7.33nmol / ml cells · minute -1) in young EH patients was significantly higher than that in control group (4.28nmolRb / ml cells · minute -1) (P <0.05) (4.16nmolRb / ml cells · minute -1) than the control group (5.90nmolRb / ml cells · minute -1) (P <0.05); the other patients mean arterial pressure and uptake rate were statistically analyzed, The results were negatively correlated (r = -0.36, P <0.05). EH patients of different ages and different blood pressure showed that the rate of active uptake of erythrocyte 86Rb was inconsistent.
