本文认为,邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论,是我国新形势下的马克思主义的基本原理同中国经济建设实际相结合的产物。在这个理论中最根本的就是解放生产力、发展生产力。可以说,邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的核心、出发点和归宿,就是要解放和发展社会生产力,这是他的理论的主要支柱和贯穿始终的中心内容。所谓实事求是,在经济领域首先必须认清我国生产力的实际状况。中中近一百多年的历史已经明白无误地告诉我们,没有社会生产力的发展,中国就不可能摆脱受欺负、受凌辱、任人摆布的地位;没有社会生产力的发展,就没有人民的地位和政治上的民主;没有社会生产力的发展,任何理想都会成为空想,而不会成为科学。发展生产力的前提是解放生产力,过去革命是解放生产力,现在改革也是解放生产力。解放生产力、发展生产力的根本途径只能是改革开放,大力发展社会主义市场经济。
This paper argues that Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is a product of the combination of the basic tenets of Marxism in the new situation with the actual conditions of China's economic construction. The most fundamental thing in this theory is to liberate the productive forces and develop the productive forces. It can be said that Deng Xiaoping's core, starting point and end-result of building socialism theory with Chinese characteristics are to liberate and develop social productive forces. This is the main pillar of his theory and the consistent central content. The so-called seeking truth from facts must first of all recognize the actual situation of the productive forces in our economy. The nearly mid-century history of nearly a hundred years has plainly told us that without the development of social productive forces, it will be impossible for China to get rid of its position of being bullied, humiliated and at the mercy of any one. Without the development of social productive forces, there will be no people And political democracy. Without the development of social productive forces, any ideal can become an imagination, not a science. The prerequisite for the development of productive forces is to liberate the productive forces. In the past, the revolution was to liberate the productive forces. Now, the reform is also to liberate the productive forces. The fundamental way to liberate the productive forces and develop the productive forces can only be through reform and opening up and vigorously develop the socialist market economy.
