春秋时期位于现今山东半岛一带的齐国,由于齐桓公任用了一个很不一般的能人,结果时间不太长,国家就得到了振兴,而且齐桓公竟然成为了各诸侯国的盟主。这个能人就是管仲。管仲(?—前645年),名夷吾,字仲,谥敬,又被称为管子。他是颍上(今安徽省颍上县)人,是我国古代著名的哲学家、政治家、军事家,也被誉为春秋时期法家的代表人物。
