眼睑带状疱疹是水痘带状疱疹病毒感染所致,较为多见,目前治疗方法甚多,疗效不一,我们自1991.9至1992.8应用法莫替丁治疗眼睑带状疱疹并与甲氰咪胍对照治疗观察收到良好效果,报告如下: 资料和方法一、资料:本组病例均为门诊病人,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例,其中男性17例;女性23例,年龄最小13岁,最大60岁,平均年龄43岁,病程2至3天;对照组22例,其中男性7例,女性15例,年龄最小15岁,最大72岁,平均年龄49岁,病程2至4天。二、方法:治疗组口服法莫替丁20mg,一日两次,饭后服,疼痛明显者加服止疼剂;对照组口服甲氰咪胍0.4g,一日三次。
