即墨市积极抓好对下岗职工的再就业培训,先后办起了服装、微机、电工、美容美发、家电维修等8个专业培训班,初步形成了适应性较强的培训体系。目前,8个专业共有810名下岗职工参加免费培训,其中,已有616人走上新岗位。劳动保障部门为提高失业和下岗职工技能素质,动员后院4个小企业进行搬迁,腾出被挤占的教室和实习场地,并多渠道筹集资金25万元,购买了微机、美容、美发器械,租赁缝纫机26台(套),完善了培训设施。此外还从电大和其它学校聘请专业教师9名,保证了师资力量。经过几个月的努力,初步形成一个拥有8个标准教室和14名教职员工的培训基地。 Jimo City, actively engaged in re-employment of laid-off workers training, has set up clothing, computers, electricians, beauty salons, home appliance repair 8 professional training courses, initially formed a strong adaptability of the training system.
