建设部副部长刘志峰日前在“WTO与中国不动产发展战略研讨会”上说,我国住宅产业潜在需求巨大,市场前景广阔。 刘志峰说,今后一段时期是我国城镇化快速推进时期,也是国民经济持续、稳定增长时期,潜在的住房需求和居民住房支付能力的逐步提高,将使住宅市场呈现长期向好的局势。 Liu Zhifeng, Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction recently said at the “WTO and China Real Estate Development Strategy Seminar” that China’s housing industry has huge potential demand and a promising market. Liu Zhifeng said that for some time to come the period of rapid urbanization in our country is also a period of sustained and stable growth of the national economy. The potential housing demand and the improvement of residential housing affordability will gradually increase and the housing market will show a long-term favorable trend.
