目的检测三阴乳腺癌组织(TNBC)中C-myc和PTTG表达并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测56例TNBC组织和30例癌旁正常乳腺组织C-myc和PTTG的表达情况。结果TNBC组织中C-myc和PTTG表达定位于细胞核,其表达率分别为57.14%(32/56)和73.21%(41/56),明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);56例TNBC组织中,C-myc和PTTG蛋白在组织学分级G3级表达率高于G1+G2级(P<0.05),C-myc和PTTG的病理分期III期的表达率高于I-II期(P<0.05),表达率高低与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,二者之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论C-myc和PTTG在TNBC中呈明显高表达,与TNBC的发生、发展和转移密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of C-myc and PTTG in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and explore its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of C-myc and PTTG in 56 cases of TNBC and 30 cases of normal breast tissues. Results The expression of C-myc and PTTG in TNBC was located in the nucleus, and the expression rates were 57.14% (32/56) and 73.21% (41/56) respectively, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P<0.05). In TNBC, the expression of C-myc and PTTG protein in histological grade G3 was higher than that in G1+G2 (P<0.05). The expression rate of C-myc and PTTG in stage III was higher than that in stage I-II ( P<0.05), the expression rate was related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between the two (P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of C-myc and PTTG in TNBC is closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of TNBC.
