目的研究茄科植物酸浆[Physalis alkekengiL.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino]茎叶的化学成分。方法用体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液加热回流提取,提取液浓缩后用水混悬,依次用环己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取;将正丁醇层通过聚酰胺柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、反相ODS开放柱色谱及反相制备HPLC等手段,共分离得到4个四甲基环己烯型单萜苷类(megastigmane glyco-sides)化合物;利用其理化性质和波谱学数据,鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到4个四甲基环己烯型单萜苷类化合物,分别鉴定为(6S,9R)-长寿花糖苷[(6S,9R)-roseoside,1)]、(6S,9R)-长寿花糖苷[(6S,9S)-roseoside,2]、(6S,9R)-3-氧-α-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷[(6R,9S)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside,3]、citroside A(4)。结论4个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of stems and leaves of Solanaceae Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino. Methods The solution was extracted by refluxing with a 60% aqueous solution of ethanol. The extract was concentrated and then suspended with water. The mixture was extracted with cyclohexane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively. The n-butanol layer was subjected to polyamide column chromatography and Sephadex LH. A total of four tetramethylcyclohexene-type megastigmane glyco-sides compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography, reversed-phase ODS column chromatography and reverse phase preparative HPLC. The physicochemical properties and spectroscopic properties of the compounds were determined. The data identify the structure of the compound. Results Four tetramethylcyclohexene-type monoterpene glycoside compounds were isolated and identified as (6S,9R)-vistasides [(6S,9R)-roseoside,1)], (6S,9R)-longevity. Angioside [(6S,9S)-roseoside,2], (6S,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside [(6R,9S)-3-oxo-α- ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3], citroside A (4). Conclusion The four compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
