通过~(113m)InCl_3体内标记法对80例流行性出血热(EHF)患者128例次各期循环血量检测的动态观察显示,血容量在发热期即已明显下降,低血压期下降显著,少尿期及多尿期增高,且各期均以血浆容量变化大于全血容量变化;其循环血量高低与血浆晶体渗透压及胶体渗透压呈正相关。提示流行性出血热病程中应动态观察其血容量变化,并应与血浆晶、胶体渗透压一同作为其治疗参数,对正确指导临床治疗有重要意义。
Dynamic observation of circulating blood volume in 128 cases of 80 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) by ~ (113m) InCl_3 in vivo showed that blood volume decreased significantly during the period of fever and decreased significantly during the period of hypotension, Oliguria period and polyuria increased, and the changes in plasma volume over the whole blood volume changes in each period; the level of circulating blood and plasma crystalline and osmotic pressure and colloid osmotic pressure was positively correlated. It is suggested that the change of blood volume during the course of epidemic hemorrhagic fever should be dynamically observed, and should be combined with the plasma crystal and colloid osmotic pressure as the treatment parameters, which is of great significance for guiding the clinical treatment correctly.
