47例慢性肾炎经雷公藤治疗1．5月后，肾炎组T－SOD、CuZn－SOD、Mn－SOD活性均明显上升，认为雷公藤直接或间接作用有待进一步研究，但慢性肾衰组治后SOD活性无明显改变。此为雷公藤治疗肾脏病提供参考依据。
After treatment with tripterygium wilfordii for 47 chronic nephritis for 1.5 months, the activities of T-SOD, CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in nephritic group were significantly increased. It is considered that the action of TWH directly or indirectly needs further study. However, SOD activity did not change significantly.
