该文从现实和未来两个维度出发 ,分析了我国学校德育的现状及原因 ,从社会可持续发展的角度阐述了 2 1世纪我国学校德育的重大意义 ,进而提出德育改革与发展的思路 ,即确定现代化的德育观念、坚持生活化的德育价值取向、建构个性化的德育模式、创立科学化的德育方法、构建健全的德育管理体系、设计渐进式的德育内容、建立完善的德育网络、开展积极的德育创新“,”Base on the present and the future, this article analyzes the present situation and the causes of the school\'s moral education in our country, expounds the great significance of the moral education in the 21 st century from the angle of the social development, and finally puts forwards some suggestions for its reform and development. These suggestions mainly consist of establishing the modern ideas of the moral education, upholding the life-featured outlook on moral education and the individualized model of the moral education, setting up the scientific ways in moral education, forming a complete system in moral education management, designing the step-by-step contents, establishing a complete moral education network and performing an active and creative moral education.
