我们以往的工作表明,以17-β-雌二醇诱发的Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠形成垂体瘤时,其血浆催乳素(prolactin,PRL)含量远高于正常大鼠的水平。这种血浆PPL的是否升高只是单纯由于PRL释放增多所致,或者是伴有PRL合成的增加,自然是一个值得深入探讨的问题。为此,我们应用Dot blot和Northern blot来检测大鼠催乳素瘤中PRL基因的转录水平。
Our previous work showed that the level of prolactin (PRL) in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats induced by 17-β-estradiol was much higher than that of normal rats. This plasma PPL is increased simply because of PRL release caused by increased or accompanied by increased PRL synthesis, of course, is a matter worth exploring in depth. To this end, we used Dot blot and Northern blot to detect PRL gene transcription in rat prolactinomas.
