目的　总结在常规治疗无效的各型顽固性腹泻使用善宁治疗的疗效。方法　 1999年以来各型顽固性腹泻 37例 ,善宁 30 0 μg/d～ 12 0 0 μg/d ,观察临床症状、腹泻次数、住院时间等。 结果　善宁治疗后临床症状在 2d内消失的占 3/ 4 ,腹泻明显减少 ,显效加有效的为 75 .7% ,明显改善全身症状。结论　善宁能抑制肠液分泌 ,减少蠕动 ,对各型顽固性腹泻有明显的治疗作用 ,临床上需进一步总结其疗效。 Objective To summarize the curative effect of the treatment of various types of intractable diarrhea treated with Shanning, which is ineffective in conventional treatment.
