以自制的铸钢砂型水基涂料为基础，对涂料静切力（τ０）、表面张力（σ）及渗透性（λ／δ）等几个主要工艺性能进行了深入研究，测试分析了各因素对涂料工艺性能的影响。通过对工艺性能的综合分析，提出了λ／δ与τ０σ的线性关系式。
Based on the self-made cast steel sand-based water-based coatings, several key process properties of the coatings such as static shear strength (τ0), surface tension (σ) and permeability (λ / δ) were studied in depth. Impact on coating process performance. Through the comprehensive analysis of the process performance, the linear relationship between λ / δ and τ0σ is proposed.
