目的探讨米非司酮胶囊联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法对39例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者给予米非司酮胶囊5 mg,1次/d口服,结合宫瘤消胶囊连续服用3个月;治疗前后均行彩超监测子宫及肌瘤大小及血尿常规、性激素六项、肝肾功情况。结果 39例患者治疗后均自觉症状缓解,子宫体积及肌瘤体积明显缩小(P<0.05);治疗前后性激素水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮胶囊联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤疗效显著,是一种可行的保守治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mifepristone capsule combined with Gongyaoxiao Capsule in treating peri-menopausal uterine fibroids. Methods 39 cases of menopausal uterine fibroids patients given mifepristone capsules 5 mg, 1 / d orally, combined with Gongyu Xiao capsules for 3 months; before and after treatment were performed ultrasound monitoring of uterine and fibroid size and hematuria Routine, six sex hormones, liver and kidney function situation. Results All the 39 patients were relieved of symptoms, the size of uterus and fibroids were significantly reduced (P <0.05). The levels of sex hormones before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of mifepristone capsule and Gongyu Xiaozhu capsule in treating peri-menopausal uterine fibroids has a significant effect and is a feasible conservative treatment.
