官50—9KH井是目前国内第一口独立设计、独立施工完成的在139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻的小井眼侧钻水平井。重点介绍了斜向器开窗工艺技术,并指出了段铣开窗工艺的不足。经多次调整钻井参数,最终在118mm井眼完成水平井段长度138.83m,钻穿油层136.83m,最大井斜角88.8°,井底闭合方位231.08°,水平最大偏离设计线2.1m,水平段最大垂深偏差0.66m。指出了施工中遇到的10个问题,并得出在139.7mm套管内使用斜向器开窗优于段铣开窗的结论。
Official 50-9KH well is currently the first independently designed, independently constructed small-borehole side-drilled horizontal well in the 139.7mm casing with side-drilled side windows. This paper mainly introduces the window-opening technology of the skew-winder and points out the shortcomings of window-opening process. After drilling parameters were adjusted several times, the length of the horizontal well was 138.83m in the borehole of 118mm. The depth of the horizontal well was 136.83m, the maximum well inclination was 88.8 ° and the bottom closed position was 231.08 °. The horizontal deviation from the design Line 2.1m, the horizontal section of the maximum vertical deviation of 0.66m. The 10 problems encountered during the construction are pointed out and the conclusion is drawn that the use of an inclined window to open the window in the 139.7mm casing is better than that of the section milling.
