目的探究急性胆囊炎患者的临床综合护理体会。方法选取我院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的80例急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,分析其临床护理效果。结果所有的急性胆囊炎患者均未出现并发症,其中有75例(93.75%)患者治愈,5例(6.25%)患者好转。结论对急性胆囊炎患者进行临床综合护理干预,可以有效提高患者的临床护理效果,降低患者并发症的发病率,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical comprehensive nursing experience of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods Eighty patients with acute cholecystitis treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and their clinical nursing effects were analyzed. Results No complications were found in all patients with acute cholecystitis. Among them, 75 (93.75%) patients were cured and 5 (6.25%) patients were cured. Conclusion The clinical comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute cholecystitis can effectively improve the effect of clinical nursing, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
