第一条外國籍船舶進出中華人民共和国港口,除应遵守中華人民共和國暫行海关法和其他有关法規外,应遵守本办法。本办法所称的港口,是指中華人民共和國交通部核准外國籍船舶進出的中国港口。
Article 1 In entering and exiting the ports of the People’s Republic of China, a ship of a foreign nationality shall abide by the Measures in addition to the Provisional Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. The term “port” as mentioned in these Measures refers to the Chinese port approved by the Ministry of Communications of the People’s Republic of China for the entry and exit of foreign ships.
