随着工业和科研的不断发展,光谱分析也在不断探索获得灵敏度高,准确而快速的分析方法。目前的ICP等离子体光源,粉末进样,分析灵敏度较高,速度也快,但设备较复杂。水平电极撒样法是一个简便快速的方法,但它对高温元素的分析灵敏度低。水平电极吹样法分析速度与撒样法相同,对高温元素的灵敏度有所提高。周开亿强调“真空光源是获得高灵敏度的途径”。目前所用的空心阴极灯光源,因其功率较低,对易挥发元素的灵敏度较高,但对难挥发元素分析灵敏度仍低。
