在吉林省第18届新创剧目调演中,有三台剧目是以我省的先进模范人物为范型进行创作的。编导者统统冠以“新闻体报告剧”的字样。其中有《汪洋湖》、《李黄玺》、《刘保忠》三个剧目。当然这不是首创,此前就有我省的《傅万才》、辽宁的《鸣歧书记》,另外还有全国几乎每个省都排的《孔繁森》等等。这种近年来以先进模范人物为题材的戏剧样式的方兴未艾,不能不引起理论界的特别关注。那么,究竟是什么动因促使一些戏剧创作者如此青睐报告剧呢?一、主旋律的需要
