本发明提出电池电流传感器失效(短路、断路、功能偏差)的故障诊断系统及其方法。首先建立诊断系统主要包括:电流传感器信号采样模块、电池端电压采样模块、电池端电压冗余采样模块、诊断策略模块、故障保护模块。其次,建立诊断策略,根据电流传感器当前的采样值,通过电池的电压响应算法,计算出端电压响应值,再将端电压的计算值与端电压采样值通过设定算法进行数据处理和比较,判断是否发生电流传感器的失效事件。本发明提高了新能源汽车电池电流传感器的意外失效的可探测性,有助于增强使用高压电池的新能源车辆的安全性。
