目的通过对成人结节性胃炎的临床资料进行回顾和研究，旨在为提高对结节性胃炎认识。方法选择2012年1月~2014年12月在我院接受治疗的成人结节性胃炎30例患者，对患者的临床资料和诊断方式进行回顾和分析总结。结果30例患者中女性患者占66.67%、平均年龄为(36.84±1.02)岁，患者临床表现为上腹疼痛为73.33%、消化不良为70.00%、消化性溃疡23.33%，经活检标本病理检查均显示慢性非萎缩性炎症且Hp阳性。结论成年结节性胃炎以女性多发，且年纪较轻，与幽门螺杆菌关系密切，临床表现为上腹疼痛、消化不良、消化性溃疡。“,”Objective To review and study the clinical data of adult nodular gastritis,in order to improve the understanding of nodular gastritis.Methods Select 2012 January~2014 years in December to accept the 30 adult patients with nodular gastritis treated in our hospital,the clinical data of patients anddiagnostic methods were reviewed and analyzed and summarized.Results 30 patients of female patientsaccounted for 66.67%,the average age of (36.84±1.02),patients with clinical manifestations of upper abdominal pain,dyspepsia,73.33%to 70%of peptic ulcer in 23.33%,biopsy specimens of pathologicalexamination showed chronic non atrophic inflammation with Hp positive.Conclusion Adult nodular gastritis to more female patients,and the younger,close relationship with Helicobacter pylori,clinical manifestations were upper abdominal pain,dyspepsia,peptic ulcer.
