北京鲜活农产品项目为北京市重点项目,通过结构方案的优选,采用了混凝土框架结构体系+屈曲约束支撑及剪切型阻尼器结构形式。采用性能化设计,对结构进行了小震、中震分析,并采用MIDAS/Gen程序进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力分析。计算分析结果表明,屈曲约束支撑及剪切型阻尼器的引入能有效降低结构的地震反应,很好地起到了第一道防线的作用。屈曲约束支撑及剪切型阻尼器的屈服先于主体结构屈服,从而耗散了地震能量,保护了主体框架结构,很好地起到了结构耗能“保险丝”的作用。
Beijing Fresh Agricultural Products Project is a key project in Beijing. Through the optimization of structural schemes, the concrete frame structure system + buckling restrained support and shear-type damper structure are adopted. The performance-based design was used to analyze the structures under small and medium earthquakes. The elasto-plastic dynamic analysis was conducted under the rare earthquakes using MIDAS / Gen program. The calculation and analysis results show that the introduction of buckling restraint brace and shear-type damper can effectively reduce the seismic response of the structure and play a good role in the first line of defense. The buckling restraining brace and the yielding of the shear-type damper precede the yielding of the main structure, thus dissipating the seismic energy and protecting the main frame structure, which plays a good role in structural energy dissipation and “fuse”.
