目的探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的声像图特点及鉴别诊断方法。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的5例（女4例，男1例；平均年龄25.6岁）胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤,对其大小、位置、声像图和临床表现进行研究。结果肿瘤平均直径65mm（范围40-125mm），超声表现为实性或并有囊性的肿块，边界清，有包膜，1例内部钙化。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状肿瘤声像图表现具有一定的特征,超声检查再结合其临床特点对其诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。“,” Objective To probe the sonographic features of solid-p seudopapil ary tumors of the pancreas(SPTP) and to explore the value of ultrasonography in the dignosis and differentiation of SPTP. Methods A retrospective review was performed in 5 patients ( 4 female and 1 male patients aged 15-35 years, mean age at diagnosis,25.6 years) with pathological y proved SPTP. Tumor size, location, and sonographic features were evaluated. Results Mean transvers diameter of these tumors was 65 mm (range,40-125 mm). The sonograpic characteristics of SPTP were solid mass or with cystic component inside, encapsulated with wel-defined margins. Calcification was noted in 1 patients. Conclusions The characteristic of ultrasonography combined with clinical feagure might be of great value in dignosis and differential diagnosis of SPTP.
