在Ｂ超引导下经皮穿刺囊内注射铝溶液治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿５８例（６４个囊肿），结果：消失１２个，有效３７个，无效１５个，总有效率为７６．６％。其方法安全、简便，无副作用；随访６个月～２年，并对适应征的选择及铝溶液作用机理进行初步探讨。
58 cases (64 cysts) of endometriosis cyst were treated with B-guided percutaneous punctum injection of aluminum solution. Results: 12 disappeared, 37 effective, 15 ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.6% . The method is safe, simple and without side effects; follow-up of 6 months to 2 years, and the choice of indications and mechanism of action of aluminum solution for preliminary study.
