随着年龄的增长大鼠血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平升高。给动物注射亚硒酸钠(0.1mg/kg)和維生素E(VE。4mg/kg)共5周,能降低血清脂质过氧化物的水平。亚硒酸钠和VE联合使用时尚能使SGPT水平明显降低。
Serum lipid peroxides (LPO) levels increased with age in rats. Animals were injected with sodium selenite (0.1 mg / kg) and vitamin E (VE.4 mg / kg) for 5 weeks to reduce serum lipid peroxidation levels. The combination of sodium selenite and VE can lead to a significant decrease in SGPT levels.
