随着经济的转型和经济周期的变化与调整,中国没有任何时候比今天更需要创新,更重视创业。创业管理教育体系要顺应新时期社会经济实践的变革和挑战,重新审视传统管理理论,在“创业失败教育”的理念前提下,挖掘创业活动的内在机理,并相应地大力推动创业教育实践是强调创业素质教育、培育创新人才的唯一举措。完成创业教育体系的构建,需要基于对创新人才培养的规律理解,从管理学的视角来理解和分析创业活动与过程,重点在于构建创业管理教学体系。
With the transformation of the economy and changes and adjustments in the economic cycle, China does not need innovation more than today. It also places more emphasis on entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial management education system must conform to the changes and challenges in the socio-economic practice in the new era, re-examine the traditional management theory, and under the premise of the concept of “failure education for entrepreneurship,” explore the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial activities, and promote entrepreneurship education accordingly. It is the only measure that emphasizes entrepreneurial quality education and fosters innovative talents. To complete the establishment of an entrepreneurial education system, it is necessary to understand and analyze the entrepreneurial activities and processes from the perspective of management, based on the understanding of the laws governing the cultivation of innovative talents, with an emphasis on building an entrepreneurial management teaching system.
