在钻井作业钻遇裂缝性和洞穴性碳酸盐地层时常会发生钻井液漏失,给钻井作业造成困难。采用常规堵漏工艺方法作业的效果经济性极差。为此,俄罗斯的研究人员经过研究推出了一些独特的堵漏工艺方法。本文介绍了在Romashknskoye油田采用的注水泥封堵漏失层工艺方法和在Tatarstan油田采用液压-机械式封隔器进行堵漏作业的有关情况,同时介绍了由俄罗斯钻井工艺科学技术研究院研制的一种新型分离器,以及应用这种分高器有效进行堵漏作业的现场应用试验情况。
Drilling fluid loss often occurs during drilling operations involving fractured and cratered carbonate formations, making drilling operations difficult. The effect of using conventional plugging process is very poor economy. To this end, the Russian researchers after the study introduced some unique plugging process. This paper introduces the technique of plugging lost circulation layer used in the oil field of Romashknskoye and the plugging operation of hydraulic-mechanical packer in Tatarstan oil field. In addition, the paper introduces a new technology developed by Russia Drilling Technology Institute A new type of separator, as well as the application of such sub-high-effective plugging operations field application test situation.
