脉络膜脱离多并发于青光眼及白内障术后,视网膜脱离手术若术中不放水并发者甚为少见。笔者于重庆医大附一院曾遇1例,现报道如下。病例报告患者,男,65岁。于1987.7.13因左眼视网膜脱离复发2天再次入重庆医科大学附一院眼科治疗。2.5月前因该眼视网膜脱离曾行单纯巩膜外硅海绵填压术。出院视力0.1,视网膜复位,黄斑区有陈旧性病变。查体无异常。BP120/80mm Hg。眼部检查。右眼视力0.4(不能矫正),晶体轻度混浊,眼底有陈旧性脉络膜炎改变。左眼眼前手动,角膜小片云翳,前房清晰,深浅正常,晶体轻度混浊,
Choroidal detachment more complicated by glaucoma and cataract surgery, retinal detachment surgery if the operation does not drain concurrent is very rare. I had a case of Chongqing Medical University attached to a hospital, are reported below. Case report patient, male, 65 years old.
