为了监测锅炉汽包瞬态温度场,建立了基于反演解法的瞬态温度场计算模型;在汽包外壁布置热电偶,根据测量数据,采用反演解法,利用控制容积的思想将局部导热方程转化为常微分方程,求得汽包横截面的瞬态温度场.采用无限长圆柱一维导热问题理论解和Ansys数值模拟二维导热问题数值解以及实际试验数据对反演解法的计算结果进行了验证.结果表明:3种方法的计算结果吻合度很高,说明反演解法的计算精度很高,可实现汽包瞬态温度场的在线监测.
In order to monitor transient temperature field of boiler drum, a transient temperature field calculation model based on inversion solution was established. Thermocouple was arranged on the outer wall of drum, and according to the measured data, using the method of control volume, Into the ordinary differential equations to obtain the transient temperature field of drum cross section.Using infinite cylinder one-dimensional thermal problem theory and Ansys numerical simulation two-dimensional numerical solution of thermal problems and the actual experimental data for the inversion solution of the calculation results The results show that the calculated results of the three methods are in good agreement, which shows that the calculation accuracy of the inversion method is high and the on-line transient temperature field monitoring can be realized.
