一、外来务工子弟学校班主任管理面对的困难(一)学生身心发展不均衡管好每一个学生是班主任管理的目的与核心工作。但外来务工学校的学生,大多来自经济、文化相对落后的农村,再加上地域、经济、文化以及学前教育等方面的差距,使得这些学生产生了行为和心理上的落差,并且不同程度地存在着自卑、孤僻、敏感、排斥、压抑、叛逆等心理。(二)学生的自主学习能力有待提高随着人们生活节奏的加快,初中生也面临越来越大的学习压力,加上这些孩子从小缺乏良好的学习习惯,
