胚胎干细胞在体外具有无限的自我更新和多向分化的潜能,因而具有重要的社会和经济价值。但是关于已建系的人胚胎干细胞是否处在Na?ve多能性状态至今仍有争议。Na?ve多能性状态的人胚胎干细胞建立是体外研究人类早期发育以及评估人胚胎干细胞安全应用的基础。目前很多研究报告了Na?ve人胚胎干细胞构建的方法,已成为当前再生领域研究的热点方向之一。本文将对这些进展作一综述,不仅将有助于人们扩大对人胚胎干细胞多能性调控的理解,也将有利于其未来更加安全有效地应用于临床。
Embryonic stem cells have unlimited potential for self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation in vitro and therefore have important social and economic value. However, it remains controversial whether the established human embryonic stem cells are in Na? Ve pluripotent state. Establishment of na? Ve pluripotent human embryonic stem cells is the basis for the in vitro study of early human development and for assessing the safety of human embryonic stem cells. At present, many studies reported that Na? Ve human embryonic stem cell construction has become one of the hot topics in the field of regeneration. This article will review these advances, which will not only help people to expand their understanding of the pluripotency of human embryonic stem cells, but also help their future be more safely and effectively applied to the clinic.
