本文从保证修井作业顺利进行和尽可能减少对油气层损害的目的出发,筛选出的低伤害修井液不仅可以满足矿化度要求,而且要有良好的常温稳定性和热稳定性。通过对聚合醇在不同温度,不同矿化度下透光率的测量以及对不同温度下的变化现象的观察,研究了聚合醇的不同温度和不同矿化度下的稳定性。实验表明,聚合醇TX-12和DF-2在不同温度和不同矿化度的稳定性可以满足低伤害修井液的性能要求,并且在高温下可以形成乳状液,达到“堵塞”地层孔隙,降滤失的目的。
