教师是培养人才的教育者,是传播文明的专职人员,在教育工作中担任着重要职责。高中语文教师可以通过语文教学工作来传输语言文字知识,增强学生的文学修养,实现自身的社会价值和个人理想。但是,受多种因素的影响,高中语文教师难免会出现职业倦怠现象,本文将浅析高中语文教师职业倦怠的成因,并举例探讨解决对策。
Teachers are educators who cultivate talents, full-time personnel who spread civilizations and hold important responsibilities in educational work. High school language teachers can transfer knowledge of language and writing through Chinese teaching, enhance their literary accomplishment, and realize their own social values and personal ideals. However, influenced by many factors, high school Chinese teachers will inevitably experience the phenomenon of job burnout. This article will analyze the causes of high school language teachers’ job burnout and give examples to discuss solutions.
