上海铁合金厂303号炉为20000KVA 三相矿热电炉,主要生产75%硅铁。长期以来硅回收率仅85%左右,电耗高达8864度/吨,每昼夜耗电40万度,是全市有名的“电老虎“。QC 小组成立以后,针对电耗问题,进行因果分析,找出电耗高的大小原因54个。经归类排列和相关分析,发现电耗随着硅回收率的提高而降低。而硅回收率又受批料中纯碳加入量的影响。通过物料平衡计算,得出当满足还原反应所需纯碳用量为121公斤时,硅回收率可达
