质量管理小组(简称 QC 小组)是由工人和技术人员组织起来的基层组织,在一个车间或部门内,自主地开展全面质量管理和技术革新活动。上海冶金工业系统从1980年起,至今年四月,已有二十八个厂(所)建立了五百十二个质量管理小组。它们根据企业的经营方针,联系本部门的工作重点或薄弱环节,选课题,定目标,按照 P(计划)、D(实施)、C(检查)、A(处置)循环工作方法,运用数理统计,结合专业技术,进行现场质量管理和技术革新活动。
The quality management team (QC team) is a grass-roots organization organized by workers and technicians.
