许多人,特别是青年教师,非常羡慕南通师范第二附小有一个青年教师培训中心。工作之余,在特级教师李吉林的组织下,青年们在那里学理论、学知识、学习老教师的教学艺术;练书法、练口才、练习小学教师应具备的基本功。这里,充满了生机,克满了希望;青年们在这里受到鼓舞,得到力量,他们迅速的成长和进步,迎来了同行们钦羡的目光。读了李吉林和培训中心其他几位青年教师的文章,编者也由衷地感到:如果我们的老教师我们的校长都像李吉林和通师二附小那样,把培养青年教师看作是自己的责任和事业,何愁青年教师成长不快?何愁教学骨干后继乏人?
