激励是指激发人的动机的心理过程,通过激励使人在某种内部或外部刺激的影响下,始终维持在一个兴奋的、积极状态之中。心理学研究成果表明,动机是在需要刺激下直接推动人进行活动的内部动力。动机作为心理倾向具有引起或发动活动的功能;也具有维持活动达到目标的功能;同时还具有调节人的行为的功能。因此在素质教育中实施激励性教育是势在必行。在初二物理教学中笔者积极探索激励性教育,发现激励性教育在物理教学中能起非常
Incentives refer to the psychological processes that motivate people’s motivation. Through motivation, people are always kept in an excited and positive state under the influence of some kind of internal or external stimuli. Psychological research shows that motivation is the internal motivation that directly stimulates human activities under the need of stimulation. Motivation, as a psychological predisposition, has the function of causing or initiating activities; it also has the function of maintaining activities to achieve its goals; and at the same time, it has the function of regulating human behavior. Therefore, the implementation of incentive education in quality education is imperative. In the first two physics teaching, I actively explore the incentive education, found that the incentive education in physics teaching can play a very
