目的分析白山市2008-2010年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI),了解疑似异常反应的发生频率,评价疫苗接种的安全性。方法对本市《疑似预防接种异常反应监测报告系统》的数据进行分析。结果本市共开展15种疫苗接种工作,AEFI监测系统共报告78例AEFI,其中一般反应57例,占73.08%;异常反应18例,占23.08%;偶合症3例,占3.84%。AEFI报告中百白破、麻疹疫苗发生率较高,占71.79%。AEFI报告发生率为13.19/10万剂,AEFI报告的完整率为100.00%,48 h及时报告率为91.03%,48 h及时调查率为96.15%。结论不断提高AEFI监测报告系统敏感性,选用安全高效的疫苗,严格掌握禁忌症,实行预防规范化操作,才能保证预防接种的安全实施。
Objective To analyze the suspected immunization anomalous response (AEFI) from 2008 to 2010 in Baishan City, and to understand the frequency of suspected anomalous reactions and evaluate the safety of vaccination. Methods The data of “Suspected Vaccination Abnormal Response Monitoring Report System” in this Municipality was analyzed. Results A total of 15 kinds of vaccinations were conducted in the city. AEFI was reported in 78 cases of AEFI. Among them, 57 cases were general reactions (73.08%), 18 cases were abnormal reactions (23.08%) and 3 cases were intercourse cases (3.84%). In the AEFI report, Baibab broken the high incidence of measles vaccine, accounting for 71.79%. The AEFI report rate was 13.19 / 10 000, the AEFI report complete rate was 100.00%, the 48 h timely reporting rate was 91.03%, and the 48 h timely investigation rate was 96.15%. Conclusions The safety of vaccination should be ensured by continuously improving the sensitivity of AEFI surveillance system, selecting safe and effective vaccines, strictly controlling contraindications and preventing and standardizing the operation.
